I am a fit and agile 70 year old traveller, with family in Perth whom I hope to be able to spend more time with. I do some acting and am a bit of an artist. I have a small 2 storey house in a quiet cul de sac in the heart of Noosaville. Downstairs is permanently tenanted by a lovely, quiet French couple, and I live upstairs.

Upstairs of a 4 bedroom house, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with second separate toilet and a powder room. (2 toilets) It can sleep 4, with a queen in the main and a queen Murphy bed in the second room, but 4 people could be a bit squishy. It was once used for Air BnB and we achieved Super Host rating, so it is clean, modern and comfortable.
The apartment is light, bright and breezy, opening onto an entertaining deck with weather screens for sunshine or inclement weather.
There is no plumbed in stove. I simply use a gas camp stove, and there is a small plug in oven. Filtered water is from a portable British Berkfeld filter whic eliminates fluoride.
There is a shadesail for car parking but no garage or carport.

We had a special time at Leona’s apartment. Very central to everything. Close to Weyba Ck, Aldi, Noosa, Sunshine Beach, Tewantin, National Park and much more. Very quiet area, clean and comfortable. Leona is so good to swap with. Left our unit very clean and tidy. Highly recommend. Paul and Jan
