We are an active retired professional couple who have travelled extensively and have enjoyed at least 12 house swap experiences over the years. Two years ago we moved to Bracken Ridge, an architect designed timber pole house set on 3 acres on the Atherton Tablelands. We have two adult children located in Stanwell Park and Bondi, Sydney. We are interested in simultaneous/non simultaneous swap offers. We would accept offers from anywhere but are specifically interested in the Stanwell Park and Bondi areas.

Architect designed timber pole house on two levels. Located in Tinaroo Park on 3 acres backing onto a rainforest setting 7 minutes drive from Lake Barrine Tea House and national park crater lake. Our nearest village (15min) is the heritage listed Yungaburra village.
Our home is airy and open plan designed for tropical living. It features many original art works and collectables from our travels.
The house is on two levels with the downstairs being fully self-contained. Both levels have decks facing onto a rainforest setting/pond area whilst the upper level deck also has distant mountain views and enjoys lovely sunsets.
