We are a family of 5 Dad, Tony - is an Electricial and owns a solar company Mum, Sally - is a TV Producer and interior stylist We have 3 kids, Lola 11, Sonny 7 and Ziggy 5. We have a super old soul Labrador names Rocco and a lazy cat names Candy. We are an easy going Australian family, that love travelling, the outdoors and adventure. We love farms, and horses, camping, fishing and backpacking whenever we can. We are wanting to try out different areas as we feel we may want to move out of Sydney at some stage to have more space. Sally works from home and Tony works all over Sydney. We would be happy to swap the kids schools for the length of the stay.

This home is our family home but also doubles as shoot location., It has been shown in interior magazines, TV shows, branding companies, showcasing a whole range of lifestyle products. It offers two seperate spaces within the one property.
Main Home & a blush PINK Pool House or Granny Flat (see descriptions below)
MAIN HOME: 6 metre high ceilings covering a modern Moroccan inspired open plan living with light coming from all directions. The Kitchen is a tribute to earthy tones of green and black, featuring large terrazzo bench tops including a splash back zone honouring the same stone flowing into a butlers pantry, as well as a feature splash back window looking onto external wall of lush greenery.
The lounge and dining area flows onto a concrete wall honouring all the earthy tones with exposed washed brick leading into the children's dedicated space.
The main home also features it's own children's lounge room with herringbone floors, black panelling on the walls, a pink retro inspired velvet lounge as well as blue cabinetry, blue Moroccan rug and tiled coffee table, bench seat.
A corner bench seat area is a favourite, pink curved cabinetry sitting under hound tooth custom bench seating, leading up to Terracotta coloured shelving that are always interchangeable.
KIDS LOUNGE
kids lounge, pink pool house with its own decking area as well as a main outdoor area off the main home.
POOL AREA
The lightest of blues and a gorgeous soft granite surrounds, as well as a cactus installation which makes for a fantastic backdrop.
PINK POOL HOUSE
This 9m x 6m zone floods with light, with a pink exterior. Walking in onto polished concrete floors and a colour mural on the back wall expanding the full 9 metres, this area is a studio ready for installation of your equipment. it's own bathroom with gingham pattern floor tiles - a favourite.

We are right near Royal National Park and Loftus itself is surrounded by bush. We have a creek within walking distance and lots of wonderful bush walks, cafes, and within a 10 min walk to the local school, and train staton. The local farmers markets are on every Sunday at Sutherland and they are full of good food, artists and love music
