We, Sam and Lee, have lived in this house for almost 30 years. We've found it suits our love of the seaside and easy living. And the house, although no longer new, retains a charm (refer photos). Retired from the corporate world and teaching, Sam is a 'golf tragic' and I'm a long time yoga practitioner. We're readers, gardeners, grandparents, beach walkers, music and art lovers, appreciative of community and all for a peaceful life. As we greatly enjoy visiting other parts of the country (and world), we're intrigued by the possibility of house swapping. Just joined - and looking forward to our first swap. We're non smokers and request same please. Car swap can be included.

In a quiet cul de sac, our NE facing house is ten minutes' walk to South Golden Beach which is pristine, never crowded, always stunning!
The house offers water views from the living areas and back deck and is set within well kept, sometimes productive gardens.
It has timber floors, a spacious, open plan kitchen/dining/ living space and high ceilings throughout, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), two queen size beds, one double.
