Hi I'm Cheryl, mother to 3, step mother to 3, grandmother to 11, healthy, non smoker, love to travel, neat and organised, lover of animals and live at Sanctuary Point, 2.5 hrs on south coast of NSW near Jervis Bay. I am in my 60's love bush walking, Dragon Boat paddling, gardener and Macropod Rehabilitator for Wildlife Rescue. I call the house The Sanctuary, quiet location on St Georges Basin, pristine beaches nearby, Whale and Dolphin Cruises near by, a great place to live and visit. I would love to visit Cambridge, NZ early April 2024 for a Dragon Boat Regatta, Darwin, Kakadu and top end of WA and top end of QLD. I am new to house swap however have extensive experience in House Sitting and references can be provided.

The Sanctuary Waterfront: Brick veneer open plan home, 3 bedroom and 2 db pullouts can sleep 10, couples and family welcome, modern kitchen, bathroom, tiled floors with carpet in lounge and bedrooms, water view from every window, indoor fire place, fully ducted air con, 2 driveways, very quiet location with local kangaroos visiting often, plenty of bird life, walk way around St Georges Basin to keep fit, with access to 2 kayaks to paddle on the water in front of house, gas bbq on verandah.

Whilst Nowra is the nearest large city, Sanctuary Point is located in the Shoalhaven near St Georges Basin with lots of bush walking tracks, beaches, surf and sea locations, Whale Watching tours at Huskisson, shopping centre at Vincentia, trains from Sydney to Bomaderry and then bus to Sanctuary Point. Car negotiable with park access to Booderee National Park, great snorkelling and kayaking.
