We (Leticia -Brazilian, Matt -Scottish/Canadian, baby Rafa -Australian and border collie Abby) are outdoorsy travel enthusiasts. We love to play sports, walk around beautiful places and spend time as a family. For longer stays we would like to bring along our dog. We are full time workers (IT consulting and property management) with the opportunity to work remote so we are looking forward to starting house swapping. In the past we have couchsurfed and hosted many people on Airbnb.

The House

beautiful new apartment with Albert park and city views. Only 15min walk to the beach and 30min to Melbourne CBD

From the living area and bedroom you have beautiful views of Albert park and Melbourne CBD. If you poke your head out you can see the ocean! We love to spend the evening bbqing, having wine by the outdoor heater and admiring the views.

Although it’s a small apartment, the building has a gym, outdoor heated pool, bbq area, library/working area and a party room. You also have many playgrounds, restaurants, park and beaches within walking distance.

Parking also available.

The things we love about living here

Location, location, location. You can walk to the beach, chapel street and st kilda or you can take any of the 6 different tram lines that come across the street and take you to the CBD, Richmond and south melbourne.
All the city has to offer within a very short commute, bike ride or scoot rental.
