We are a family of 5 (our 2 daughters are 7yrs and 5yrs and our son is 3yrs). While our children are young and before school gets too serious, we are open to house swaps and flexible with locations). Our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house is located 100 metres from Cottesloe beach. We are in the heart of Cottesloe with all the amenities there is to offer right on our doorstop. This includes a coffee shop / general store 50m away, Cottesloe Beach Hotel 150m away. Our home is a duplex and we are located at the rear. Whilst we don’t have ocean views, we have a beautiful protected backyard with a deck and grass area / Weber BBQ, 10ft trampoline and large cubby house for kids, outdoor shower and always protected from the sea breeze. Two good size bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe storage- one with a super king bed and the other with a king size bed. The third bedroom is small with a single bed and a wardrobe / storage. House also includes a brand new front load washer, dryer, 75 inch tv with Netflix, Kayo and Disney, and wifi. Single carport with additional storage area for bikes and boards, plus a permit available for resident only street parking. We are a very clean considerate family with high standards and would look after your property like it was our own. Our children have also been raised to be well mannered, well behaved and we are very proud of the way they look after things and respect others.

Our house is a fully equipped 3 bedroom home 100m from Cottesloe Beach. The location could not be more perfect for a sea change in Cottesloe. We have a great coffee shop / general store at the end of our street (50m walk), the Cott Beach Hotel is only 150m walk. We are right in central Cottesloe close to everything.
Our house has 2 large bedrooms (one with a super king bed and the other with a king size bed) and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed (3rd bedroom is very small but fine as a bedroom). There is plenty of storage in each bedroom with full size built in wardrobes.
The bathroom has a separate bath tub and shower, toilet is separate. The laundry has a brand new 7kg front loader washing machine and we also have a dryer. Kitchen comes with everything you’d need (no dishwasher).
Our living room has a 77inch TV and Sonos system.
Our backyard is perfect for relaxing with a deck and Weber BBQ, a grassed area with a 10ft trampoline, and a good sized cubby house for kids to play.
The perfect location for an active Cottesloe lifestyle.
