Located a quick 10 minute drive from Melbourne Airport, our home is a beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house which tranquilly backs onto Taylors Creek parkland. It has the best of both words - a quiet and safe neighbourhood with no street noise or traffic, but also quick access to Melbournes M79 Calder Fwy and M2/CityLink to take you to Melbournes CBD in 25mins. Our house features a modern renovated kitchen, three living areas, premium appliances, butler's pantry, home gym/reformer pilates studio and a piano. The elevated alfresco area overlooks a solar heated pool and reclining deck for summertime relaxation. Our cosy Coonara wood fireplace will also keep you warm in Melbourne’s shoulder seasons.
We have pool inflatables, noodles and toys available for use and a Webber BBQ on the balcony.
