A charming fully renovated weatherboard home with timber floors and polished concrete in the main entertaining area plus carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with twin showers and a walk in wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a bath tub shower and a separate toilet.
The house has central heating, an air-conditioner in the main living room plus a gas log fire in this area. A modern kitchen with a Falcon stove with gas hotplates , a dishwasher and a Butlers Pantry.
We haven in-ground pool with solar and electric heating as well.

A charming weatherboard very modern house, with a heated in ground pool and an extensive outdoor entertaining covered area. The house is situated in a quiet street just a short walk to Rippleside Park and Corio bay with jetties for fishing and sightseeing.
It has a train station express to Melbourne and is a 10 min walk from our home great restaurants nearby and a short drive to Geelong CBD for shopping, eating out, movie theatres and a fine art gallery. There is a ferry to Melbourne as well!! A short drive to Packington Street for shopping, supermarkets, a French bakery and general retail. A Farmers Market operates every second Sunday at a nearby school.
The bay has an enclosed Eastern Beach area for swimming as well. The ocean beaches of Torquay are only 30 minutes drive as well.
Well behaved dogs are most welcome we have a 6 year old Cavoodle called Rosie
