We are a blended family of six looking for new experiences, locations, and to create wonderful memories as our family grows. We have a beautiful property in North Warrandyte Victoria and would love the opportunity to house swap over the September 2023 and April 2024 (Easter) school holidays.

Enjoy space for all in this large home on 2.5 acres. Natural light streams through the abundant double glazed windows and frames the gorgeous bush setting to perfection.
A modern kitchen centres the dining, formal lounge and movie room and invites culinary delights with Smeg oven and stove, dishwasher, french door fridge with plumbed ice and water and a huge island benchtop.
With master plus two bedrooms upstairs, downstairs has an additional two bedrooms, cosy Coonara, study, home gym and additional lounge area.
Outside there is a fire pit, swimming pool with spa, BBQ and plenty of space to sit back and relax and listen to the sounds of the bush.
The Yarra River is situated nearby, and with a short 2.5 km drive to central Warrandyte, the splendour of the bush coupled with the charm of this old gold mining town is truly a special part of Melbourne.
Beyond the coonara and hydronic heating, there are two split systems to maximise year round comfort. With board games, plenty of books, table tennis, basketball, a flying fox, children's slide & swings, darts, a piano, high-speed wifi and Netflix there is both space and something for everyone.

Warrandyte is a charming remnant of bushland on the edge of Greater Melbourne.
Historically Warrandyte was a quiet, rural village which developed after a brief goldrush in the 1850s. Today it is an outer suburb of Melbourne situated on the Yarra River and surrounded by the bushland of Warrandyte State Park. It has always been a home to artists and craftspeople and in recent times it has become a popular destination where walking in the State Park and wandering through the chic village are pleasant ways to spend a weekend.

Lucinda and Phil helped make our family holiday unforgettable. Their house is amazing. Warm, quiet, tranquil, and with loads of room. I also loved their art work and antique furniture. The property was great for the kids, with the zip line, pool and heaps of room to run around. Indoor wood fire and looking out at the kangaroos was something special. 45 minutes drive to the city made it a perfect experience for us all. And, they are lovely people who we stayed in contact with regularly throughout our stay. Highly recommend Phil and Lucinda!
