Hi we are Scott and Christine a semi retired 60+ couple. We love to travel both in Australia and Internationally and are looking forward to offers of house swaps. We live close to the beach but when travelling we are always drawn to areas with nature, mountains and beautiful scenery. We both love live sports, music and walking, yoga and staying active. We are both house proud and would look after your house as if it was our own.

The things we love about living here

Our unit is 2 minute walking distance to beautiful Gold Coast patrolled surf beaches, Restaurants, entertainment venues, Woolworths and also the light rail which will take you to Surfers Paradise and all the way to Brisbane.
The Star Casino and Pacific Fair (a major shopping centre) are only a 10 minute walk away.
You could even walk to Surfers Paradise along the beach in 30 minutes.
Walking distance to the Broadbeach Blues Festival in May and Groundwater Country Festival in September
Amazing Gold Coast Air Show August seen from the unit or the beach.
