Welcome to our modern and spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house, perfect for a memorable house swap experience! Located in a tranquil neighbourhood, our two-story home offers comfort, convenience, and a delightful outlook onto the picturesque nature reserve that surrounds us. The house is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests.
Inside, you'll find three queen beds and one single bed, allowing comfortable accommodation for up to seven guests. Our well-appointed kitchen boasts a dishwasher and microwave making meal preparation a breeze. For those chilly evenings, the gas heating ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere, while ceiling fans keep things cool during the warmer months. Air-conditioning throughout the house guarantees a pleasant temperature all year round.
Entertainment options are plentiful, with two large living areas equipped with TVs and access to streaming services. Enjoy your favorite shows or movies as you unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.
Being in close proximity to the famous Mulligans Flat nature reserve provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of the outdoors. Nature lovers will appreciate the breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife just a stone's throw away from our doorstep.

We welcome pets to our home; however, please note that the small backyard may not be suitable for larger dogs that could jump the fence.

Our visit was primarily to do touristy stuff (Questacon, Australian War Memorial, Cockington Green) Our stay here was great, the house was lovely and clean on arrival and catered for everything we needed. The location suited our needs as it was a fairly short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. Our house was also spotless on our return and had been well looked after. Communicating with Jessica in the lead up to the swap was easy and response times were quick. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jessica and her family as house swappers.
