We have an incredible tranquil home on the lush green bush reserve with nature walks and water everywhere.
Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and king bed
2nd bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with tub and shower in the hall
3rd bedroom has a child’s bed for up to age 6
Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, full bathroom and 2nd kitchen (for adult )
We are under 20 minutes away from the Sydney CBD. It is truly a paradise and so close to the city! We are 20 min from Balmoral Beach, one of Sydney's most beautiful beaches. Bondi and Manly are not far away either making this the ideal location to explore all Sydney has to offer.
We are under a 5 minute walk from the Lane Cove River and Bush Reserve and have a kayak, life vest etc. to get out on the water. Don't be surprised if a cockatoo, lorikeet or brush turkey stops by to visit on our balcony! We have a beautiful salt water heated swimming pool and all the amenities of a comfortable home with a brand new luxury kitchen. Pool is available during summer months - December - February . We have a fully furnished separate downstairs apartment with full kitchen and bathroom , if we are home , it’s possible to stay in the downstairs apartment if available . We have a small well behaved toy poodle we would like to bring , if you have a small dog that doesn’t shed we will consider that swap :)

We have a lovely neighbourhood with bush walks , flowers, playgrounds and the local village Lane Cove a 4 min drive or 18 min walk away . Shops , cafes , restaurants, amazing grocery stores (Australia's fanciest Harris farm ) all close by ! We are under 20 min away from the Sydney Opera House, the Botanic Garden, the Art Gallery NSW and all that the CBD has to offer. We are 20 min away from beautiful Balmoral Beach, one of Sydney's nicest beaches, 23 min min away from Bondi Beach and under 30 min away from Manly Beach.
