Hello everyone: We are Mauricio and Cindy, we have lived in Melbourne for 5 years. We are a very sociable Colombian couple. Mauricio is a cybersecurity engineer and Cindy works as personal care in an age care. We like to make friends, be in clean places and tidy spaces. This end of the year has something special for us. Our little baby “Thais” has just been born. We are very happy with her and we want to go to Canberra and Sydney to introduce her to our family and share these dates with them. Another peculiarity is that my mother has just arrived to see her granddaughter, so this time we would travel with her too. You can be sure that we will take care of your home as if it were our own. We have a very sociable 3-year-old Labrador, his name is “Jazz” who we will not take with us but we would like him to stay at home with the family that is coming. We are looking for a family or couple interested in doing a temporary home exchange from December 24 to January 2. A family with characteristics similar to ours. Our place is a warm house in front of a beautiful lake. It is necessary to have a car because we do not have a train station nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. Waking up to the view of the lake is wonderful.

A comfortable and inviting townhouse in front of a beautiful lake.
Our cozy home has access through the main door that faces the lake or also through the upstairs room.
The parking space is outside the main door.
The house is located on a corner but don't worry about the noise since very few cars pass through the area.
The house will be equipped for your needs. Main room with private bathroom.
An equipped kitchen and an ice water dispenser available.
We will have 2 bathrooms available equipped with everything you need.
In front of the house you will have a nice boulevard where you can prepare a picnic.
We do not have Foxtel channels. We use a bit of nexflit and youtube to entertain ourselves.
Access is much easier by vehicle, we do not have a train station nearby.
We have many green areas around.
Driving we are at:
3 minutes from the pool.
5 minutes of COLES and WOOLIES
15 minutes from golf courses.
20 minutes from zoos and beautiful botanical parks
30 minutes from different museums.
We have a wonderful 3 year old Labrador his name is "JAZZ" if you are happy we can leave him at home he just needs a walk in front of the lake during the day. He sleeps inside the house and is adorable.
But this is not essential as he can stay with friends when we travel if you are not a dog lover.
