We (Michele & David) are a semi retired couple with one adult son looking to see more of this wonderful country we are lucky enough to call home. Originally from England, we have lived in Australia for 12 years. We love where we live and am sure you will love it too. Whether it is to explore the area with bushwalking, bike riding, try your hand at surfing on one of the many pristine beaches or just chill out at our lovely, relaxing home; the choice is yours. Sydney is close by too. We have 2 small dogs (non shedding, hypoallergenic) who may or may not be a part of the swap, depending what suits you.

Our home is a brand new (completed April 2023) 3 bedroom luxury townhouse, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Shellharbour village. It's a 2 storey layout with open living downstairs which flows to the alfresco area. There is a small 2nd living upstairs which we have as a study nook. 3 large bedrooms and modern bathrooms. You can walk to pristine beaches, the boat harbour, ocean pool, parks, cycleways, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. A 15 minute stroll away is the award winning Shell Cove Marina with more shops, restaurants and cafes.

We stayed in Michele's lovely home in Shellharbour over Christmas 2023. It suited us perfectly and we could bring our 2 spoodles as well. Michele's home is clean, well laid out with plenty space in all rooms and bedrooms, we really enjoyed our stay. Most of all, its walking distance to the beautiful Shell Harbour Marina, which has everything you need plus lovely restaurants and cafes. We would highly recommend Michele's place for a stay and Michele is easy and a delight to communicate with, I hope we remain in touch and do another swap. Thank you so much Michele and John.
