We are a husband and wife with two sons aged 18 and 20. We love the outdoors, our garden and entertaining family and friends. We spend a lot of time together. Our boys love surfing and fishing. We both work in real estate and both our boys are apprentice carpenters.

Our lovely 5 bedroom home set on 3/4 of an acre feels like a home in the country yet only 3 minutes to the beaches and vibe of the stunning coastal town of Kiama. With distant ocean views, mountain views and lovely gardens, it has a restful feel with a sunny north aspect.
Our home offers so much space with a new kitchen that opens to the garden, informal and formal dining, large family room, formal loungeroom and massive rumpus with pool table, TV, record player, darts and a bar.
Offering high ceilings, natural light, air con and fans and built ins in all 5 large bedrooms.
There is a very large office if someone needs to work from home with two desk areas. There’s a wrapping room that also offers an extra fold out double bed for kiddies if needed.
There’s a triple garage and a large sunny outdoor lounge and dining deck at the front with ocean and mountain views. The size of the home has grand proportions and is beautifully presented. Our bathrooms are in wonderful condition but are not ultra modern but are very large.
There is another sweet 2 bedroom self contained flat that could be utilised on request also on the property.
Beautiful bird life and tranquil gardens. Everyone who visits this home falls in love with it.
