The House

The House

Park life on Townshend. The house is a beautifully renovated and extended turn of the century workers cottage. This light-filled and extremely comfortable house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a home office. The renovations were completed in 2022 and everything is in perfect condition. There are two on-street parking bays dedicated for us. Honestly, it’s just a beautiful space to spend time in.

The things we love about living here

  • Subiaco is an amazingly vibrant community.
  • Checking out the Saturday morning markets at Subi Primary School is a must.
  • We have our own park, accessed via a secret path (Richard Diggins Park), one of the happiest parks in Subiaco.
  • We’re two blocks (4 min walk) from the Crossways Shopping Centre, bars, cafes and restaurants along famous Rockeby Road and Hay Street.
  • We go for jogs through Kings Park daily.
  • We’re 5-10mins from Perth City and 15mins from Cottesloe Beach.
  • Honestly, it’s hard to beat!
