We love living on the gold coast, but open to swaps anywhere within Australia during the school holidays. We have a two year old dog, Nutmeg, and would be open to swaps involving other pets. We are also able to have her looked after to facilitate a swap.

The House

Lovely light filled home with 4 bedrooms, two separate living areas and a gorgeous outdoor entertaining opening onto the pool and canal. Two Bedrooms face the canal, the master has an en suite. The third bedroom is used as an office. Very large fourth bedroom, off the second living area. Large kitchen. Large deck, pool and additional Cabana.

The things we love about living here

We love to spend time out on the deck near the pool and in the Cabana. It is very relaxing to look out onto the canal. We take our Kayak out onto the creek and down to the beach. Easy access to a number of gorgeous beaches, Currumbin, Palm Beach and Burleigh.

We loved staying at Belinada's home. Our children enjoyed a swim after the beach and it was a perfect base to launch from for the theme parks. We looked after their beautiful dog Nutmeg who loved our company and was completely hassle free. Recommend as a family holiday destination!
