Retired personal secretary and partner. We are interested in travel around Australia, generally beach focussed though not a requisite. I have a reasonably casual approach, am clean though do not like sterile environments. I am a happy gardener and like being in nautre.

The House

Architecturally designed three bedroom split level house with lovely views to the coast and Terranorra lakes broadwater. There is a small vegetable garden out on the back terrace, and a 9 meter swimming pool on the lower level. A large deck takes in the summer breezes, overlooking the sunny Gold Coast, Tweed Coast and a convenient 15 minutes from Coast airport.
Main bedroom will be unavailable, however one queen plus single in top level; and one double with own bathroom on middle level. Ideal for two couples.

The things we love about living here

Quiet semi suburban area, fringe rural.
No traffic problems, easy access to world heritage surfing beaches, restaurants, Gold Coast hinterland, and airport. Just over the hill is the small village of Bilambil with sporting fields, equestrian centre, rainforest walks etc.
It is an easy drive from here to beautiful Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby and the iconic Byron Bay.
