Our house is new and very comfortable, quiet and inviting - a great place to relax and explore Jervis Bay.
Entertain yourself on the amazing beach, only walking distance away.
Very close to our house are many Nationals Parks for hiking and walking.
Our house is single floor with beautiful gardens and we are offering self-contained unit -two spacious bedrooms ( queen and double beds) with one bathroom and dining room room with kitchen and separate studio room (with queen bed) with bathroom.
Our house is architecturally designed with two separate detached units and one studio.
Each unit with separate entrance (two different entrances from each corner of the street).
We offering for swap self-contained unit (2 bedroom 1 bathroom and dining room with kitchen and garden and driveway) and sometime the studio with bathroom.
The supermarket, local shops and cafes are only 5 minutes walk from our house.
(There is optional possibly for days spa retreat with highly qualified relaxation massage.)

With a boat ramp and jetty, Callala Bay is a great base to explore the crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay. You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club. This scenic spot is also on the doorstep of Jervis Bay National Park, where you can follow the Hare Point walking track through sand forest and dunes to a pretty inlet.
Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, the longest beach in Jervis Bay, and backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Or take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.
