We are a long term married couple who moved out of the city twenty odd years ago for a quieter lifestyle. We are now empty nesters with family living in Victoria and Tasmania. We now want to spend more quality time with them.

A modern architect designed open living house, immaculately built and maintained. Lots of natural light beams inside with large thick glazed glass windows, glass louvres and sliding doors out to an entertainers delight. Crimsafe security screens allow us to leave the house open during the night and day.
The swimming pool joins onto the airy patio. The outside living area extends onto a Natural Bush Reserve, so it's like a private resort all to yourselves. It is a very open environment.

Ricks Garage Cafe is an attraction on its own with very popular car club meetings each weekend and lots of entertainment. They also do a nice hamburger.
Kondalilla Falls and Montville Tourist Town are wonderful tourist attractions as is Maleny.
Glasshouse Mountains are unique and can be seen from Mary Cairncross Lookout. Stunningly beautiful.
There are too many beaches to mention from Noosa to Caloundra
There are a number of Great Walks in the Hinterland close to where we live.
Eumundi Markets are hugely popular.
The walks along the river at Noosaville are also recommended.
