We’re a close and active family of 7, however only 5 of us need to be accommodated by a house swap. Our 7 year-old Groodle (Freddy) loves people and can either stay at our place or with friends during your stay. We are originally from NSW, and our adventures have seen us live in Brisbane, Melbourne (twice), Hong Kong and Germany. The Northern Beaches of Sydney are among our favourite places. We enjoy beach holidays, experiencing nature at unpowered camp sites and visiting family in regional and rural NSW. We’d love to do a house swap on the Northern Beaches. The Central Coast and Port Stephens areas are also great options. We’d also love to give you a great experience of our home, so that you can be as pleasantly surprised as us by everything that Melbourne has to offer!

We created a home where families can enjoy great times together - tennis court, heated pool, cabana & gym equipment, covered bbq area, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, central heating and aircon, WiFi and TV’s. Above all else, it is "homely" and people feel comfortable here, rather than it being a place where things can't be touched or used.
1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed. Kids love sleepovers in the cabana on camping mattresses too.
Short walk to cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as various parks and peaceful tree-lined trails for walking, running or cycling.
150 metres to city tram and 600 metres to city train. Both stop at Richmond and the MCG along the way.
