This spacious one bedroom plus study/second bedroom apartment is located in the sought after Park Apartments complex.
Enjoy the view from this lovely light filled apartment with a balcony for entertaining plus two swimming pools and gym facilities. One covered car space and storage cage. Short walk to Bay St, shops, cafe's and the beach and surrounded by parkland.
The main room has a very comfy Emma queen mattress and the living room has a fold out Koala sofa if needed.
It has views of the city skyline and is a 7 minute walk to the prestigious Port Melbourne beach.
We love the area as it is a 5 minute drive to the south of the CBD and is a 7 minute walk to the beach.
It’s more for people who like the beach and want to be close to the city.
