We, Anna 71 and Andrew 73 are fully retired, however, we are both active and quite busy. Anna is a member of U3A and attends 3 weekly classes - Social Philosophy, Social Phycology and Italian. She was a Personal Assistant in a Patent Attorney/Law firm for over 30 years and still loves her computer (and iPad). Her hobbies are cooking and sewing - patchwork quilting mainly. Andrew retired 7 years ago as an Architect and now indulges himself in reading - mainly history. He played tennis, cricket and football all his life but these days has a hit of tennis every alternate Sunday, when he is available. He recently performed in the production of the Gilbert and Sullivan operetta Pirates of Penzance and also Gondoliers. He is also a member of Open Door Singers (Choir). We love the beach and warm weather and don't get enough of it in Melbourne so we are looking at spending some time in the Sunshine and/or Gold Coast in the winter months, or any time actually! We also have friends in Brisbane, Cairns and Kilkivan so would enjoy meeting up with them. We did a house sit for a week with Housesitters in Brisbane in 2017 and looked after two dogs which was enjoyable but this time would like to be near the beach ...... with a view of the ocean..... We are open to house swaps and car swaps.

There are two houses on the block, we are the one at the back of the property so quiet and very peaceful considering the location. It is a quiet street but close to all amenities. There are two big shopping complexes within 3 kms and loads of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. close by (less than a kilometer). Also close to public transport..
