We are a retired couple, Kim and Darren, particularly interested in swaps to Melbourne as our daughter lives in Reservoir. We are neat, tidy, responsible and easy going. Definitely open to suggestions for other than Melbourne. Anywhere really! We have 2 easy to look after cats with a large cat run so pet care would be appreciated (and our neighbours can help if you want a night away). Very willing to look after your pets too.

8 minute walk to the train station on the Newcastle - Sydney line for easy day trips to Newcastle, Central Coast and Sydney.
Short walk to 2 coffee shop and short drive to shopping, restaurants etc.
Walk to a track that skirts around Lake Macquarie. You can walk or hire an electric bike or scooter.
