We are a retired couple in our mid sixties who have enjoyed travelling to many local and overseas destinations over the years. We are both very house proud and would look after your home as if its our own. We have a city residence in Kew, Melbourne (ID 33700) and a holiday home in Rye on the Mornington Peninsula (ID 33894) which will allow us to do both simultaneous and non simultaneous house swaps.

The House

Modern beachside getaway close to all the Mornington Peninsula attractions

Relatively new 2 storey home with double garage, toilet and laundry on the ground floor. Upstairs is a large living ,dining and kitchen with a wood fire heater, ceiling fans and heating/airconditioning system.
The living room leads out to a north facing deck with Weber BBQ, dining table and couches.
At the rear of the house is another living area, a main queen sized bedroom with ensuite, plus two queen bedrooms and main bathroom.

The things we love about living here

-15 min walk to Rye front beach on Port Phillip Bay and 20 min walk to Rye ocean back beach.
-Close to many Mornington Pennisula wineries.
-Some excellent golf courses nearby
-Several Wellness centres, hot springs and spas
-Close to Sorrento village with great shops and restaurants
- Only 1.5 hour drive from Melbourne.
