A lovely and quiet single girl lives in the self contained independent studio attached to back of house. I am house proud and would take very good care of your home. I have family in Sydney and I like to visit them and old friends there often. I’m looking for a suitable long term swap in the Northern Beaches. I’m also open to exploring other locations.

This is a privately owned apartment within a popular resort complex adjacent to a safe swimming beach. The resort has its own large pool and spa too which can get busy at holiday times. It was very relaxing to laze around the pool so we enjoyed it every day. The apartment itself is very clean. The balcony was well used by us. There is one bedroom so we also used the sofa bed in the lounge for our stay. We were kindly allowed to use a small car. The shopping at Ettalong are very interestingly designed using lots of modern use of timber and so are a pleasant change from the usual concrete and glass style. We went to the cinema every second day because that complex is so inviting. There is a bus outside the resort which connects with ( amongst other places ) the train line to Sydney which is very handy. The train route is very scenic. Thanks for your hospitality and kindness.
