I am a retired professional woman who frequently travels with a friend, both in Australia and overseas. The apartment block has secure access to garage, the front door is accessed with a fob and entrance is buzzer entry. Small unit block of 18 apartments.

My apartment has a secure entry using a fob. A lift is available for access to the first floor apartment.
It has 3 large bedrooms, lock up garage, open plan kitchen/dining living area with glass sliding doors opening to a large covered balcony overlooking spectacular Surf Beach.
The balcony has an outdoor table setting and easy chairs which are perfect for reading or watching the world go
by. It also includes a Baby Q Webber barbecue.
The Kitchen has a fan forced oven and electric cooktop, dishwasher and plenty of bench space for food preparation etc. The living and dining area faces the magnicent view.

The three bedrooms are spacious, with the main bedroom having an ensuite and beautiful ocean views to watch the sunrise and the waves roll in.
One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has king single bunk beds with a trundle.
There is a desk for home office work.
The large main bathroom has a spa bath. The Laundry has a large washing machine with access to an outside clothes line. There is a landscaped garden with an outdoor lounge which is beautiful for a quiet lay in the sun or shade.
It is just a short walk across the road to the patrolled beach and park with playground as well as to shops and restaurants.

Therese has a beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of the ocean. It is very well appointed, light and airy with all facilities working well.
