We are a family consisting of Will, Kate, Frankie (nearly 9). Winnie (7) and Henry the cavoodle (11). We love spending time together whether it's at the local creek, beach or home in the pool. Not only do we enjoy being outdoors, our home is our sanctuary. A lot of love goes into this space, and we love to fill the home with colour and memories. Working from home, we have our offices in the downstairs area, separate from the main house. Our priorities are fun, yummy food, lots of love and spending time together. We hope you enjoy our home!

Our house is a renovated queenslander style home set within 5 minutes drive from Burleigh's famous beach and point break, or 15 minute walk. It is easy walking distance from the picturesque Tallebudgera Creek and surrounded by beautiful bush walks nearby where Koalas are regularly spotted.
Our home has four bedrooms, the master has a king bed and walk in robe with near new ensuite.
The second bedroom has a single bed with spare single stored underneath.
The third bedroom has a double bed with single bunk over.
The fourth bedroom is setup as a study but could have the spare single mattress put in there if a fourth bedroom is needed. Or we can put a queen bed in there as well, which we have stored downstairs.
Both the main living area and master bedroom are separately air-conditioned, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
We have a granny flat downstairs that is used as a home office, however this would be closed off during swaps. The rest of the house and yard is all yours.
Off-street car parking for two cars is available under our front deck/carport which is shade but open to wet weather. We have a third driveway for use should you have a boat or something that needs to be off the street.
We have a BabyQ BBQ out on the back deck for use and a gas stove in the kitchen.
If you are feeling brave, you can use our outdoor ice bath, which is useable during your stay. Follow it up with a dip in our new magnesium/salt pool. There's also a trampoline in our back yard.

There are so many things in the Burleigh area and surrounding suburbs. From the local beaches and Tallebudgera Creek (more like a river, or a flat ocean) a few minutes away, we find we can walk anywhere we like.
There is a shopping centre a few minutes stroll away, yet there are a plethora of bushwalks all within 5 minutes of home.
The main street of Burleigh Heads, James street, has vast options of cafes, bars, restaurants and boutique shops - a favourite for the locals is grabbing an acai bowl and sitting down at Burleigh Headland with a picnic blanket.

We loved our two weeks at William and Kates place. We had four kids in the pool every day and the huge balcony with lounges and hammock was amazing for afternoon relaxing. Walking distance to the local Stockland and five mins drive from the beach, creek and bustling Burleigh. Most of all we loved the eclectic boho interiors of the house. The perfect home for us to all come together and enjoy a break from it all. Thanks so much for an amazing holiday William and Kate!
