Hi! We're an active family of four that loves getting out and living life! We live just near the bay and can often be found in and around the water... swimming (alll year round), stand-up paddle boarding, bay walks etc We have two children who are aged (almost) 8 and (almost) 10 who attend the local primary school. We're ready for our next adventure and are looking to move to Perth (North Fremantle area preferably) for Term 1, 2024 to be closer to family.

A beautiful 1890s Victorian building with new kitchen, carpets and a bright white paint job inside and out. A spacious floor plan which includes three bedrooms. The second bedroom is massive and features stunning bay windows which look out across the bay.... a great place to WFH! On a clear day you can see across the bay to Mount Eliza. From the front door you can see all the way to the palm trees in the spacious backyard. The kitchen and living area is flooded with light from large windows which face north west.
