• We are a small family of three • I'm a landscape architect and my partner is an academic • Our teenager goes to the local high school • We love to travel and recently lived in Belgium for a few years • We have friends all over the world • We have a gorgeous and well behaved 3 year old Cocker spaniel, Augie, who we sometimes like to bring on holiday with us • We are open to having other well-behaved pets at our place too! • Our place would mainly suit couples or singles as our teen not keen on swapping their bedroom (!) - but lets talk if you need an extra bed.

Our home is located in Coburg on the border of Preston and Brunswick. It is very close to the Merri /Edgars Creek parklands and extensive bike and walking trails. We have two E bikes (by negotiation). Our house has very good proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants, markets and farmers market, swimming pools, lakes, trains and trams, nightlife. We are walking distance to Pentridge Village, where there is a supermarket, cinema, Brew Dog Brewery, chemist, Gelati, Lucky Little Dumplings and more. We also have a large Woolworths and another chemist nearby in Kodak Estate. We are close to trams, trains and buses and a 20 minute (traffic dependent) drive to the CBD. We are in close proximity to the wonderful Preston Market for seafood, delis, fresh fruit and veg, Aldi, flowers, bakeries and the all important Melbourne staple - great coffee!
