This is a stand alone single storey unit with lock up garage. Recently fully renovated. Very close to public transport - bus stop outside and 200 metres to train station. 150 metres to Boronia shopping centre. Close to The Dandenongs, restaurants/wineries in Yarra Valley. There are two bedrooms, one double room with queen sized bed. The other bedroom does not have beds, but could accommodate two children on blow up mattress (available).
