SEEKING SWAP FROM 1/2 JAN 2024. I am a lawyer living in North Curl Curl, NSW (near Manly, Northern Beaches). I have 3 children, 9, 11 and 13 years old, and live in a spacious light filled 5-bedroom house with fabulous ocean views and a 5 min walk to 2 different beaches, playgrounds, cafes, restaurants and supermarket at dee why beach. We have a 2 secure and fenced garden with a large trampoline and climbing frame. We are a 15 minute drive or bus ride to the bustling seaside resort of Manly. From Manly you can catch a fast ferry (18 mins) or ferry (30 mins) to the city. There are numerous other beaches within a 20 min drive of the house. Lots of nightlife, shopping and activities in manly. The property is neat and freshly painted and sanded timber floors, has a lovely outdoor area (with ocean view) and a large living/dining/lounge for entertaining. There is also a large kids rumpus plus private 5th bedroom downstairs and airboat de and bikes etc in the garage. The house is lovely and the area is pristine with lots of parks and activities for little ones and beaches and bars for big ones - very much a holiday resort laid back vibe, with Sydney CBD only a short trip away. We will take great care of and respect your property and look forward to swapping. We have now completed five swaps and they all worked perfectly so we are very keen to swap again. Looking to swap for a week or 2 from New Year (1 or 2 Jan) and always open to offers.

Majority of house on 1 level - big spacious living dining kitchen with awesome views of north curly (check the surf from the couch) plus 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Huge rumpus and 5th bedroom downstairs. There are stairs on entry.
