We are a family of five. Husband and wife Simon and Kylie and our three children ages 17, 15, 13. We moved to Cremorne to enjoy the beach lifestyle, we discovered an amazing community and like being close enough to Hobart City to enjoy everything it has to offer. As a family when not working and studying we enjoy beach activities, eating out, and recently mountain biking. We are very happy when we travel together so we would love to share our home and take our family to explore different parts of Australia. We have a black lab x 6 year old dog Sully who we can choose to either exchange pet duties with you or we have alternative options for his care.

Our absolute beachfront modern home is located in the quiet seaside village of Cremorne, Tasmania. Direct access from the back deck onto a 1km beautiful sandy safe swimming beach which feeds into a natural lagoon. We have four bedrooms (king, queen, double and a single beds), two bathrooms and lovely open plan living spaces that flow out to the outdoor decks. The beach side deck has seating, dining, an electric awning for shade and a round spa that sits out the end overlooking the beach and water. The front deck is a private courtyard style which has a large dining table, a Weber Baby Q gas bbq plus an outdoor fire place which is used for relaxing in front of and cooking. Enjoy time out on the clear clean waters. We have a kayak, canoe, stand up paddle board, surfboard/bodyboards and if you prefer surf Clifton Beach is a 10 minute drive away. Bikes available to ride around the village and a bike rack if you are interested in mountain biking. Bikes for younger children can be organised. We have WIFI, two televisions offering all the major streaming services.

Cremorne is a small coastal village with a safe swimming beach and a lagoon. It is a 25 minute drive to Hobart and 20 minutes from Hobart Airport. Cremorne is a beautiful 1km beach great for water sports, coastal walks and central to many day trips including Salamanca Market,wine regions, MONA, Port Arthur Historic Site, mountain bike parks, day bush walks & Hobarts restaurants, cafes and kunanyi Mt Wellington. A short 10 minute drive to Lauderdale has services including petrol, cafes, restaurants, bakery, tavern, bottle shops and food markets. Cremorne sometimes has surf however Clifton Beach is 5 minutes drive.

Breathtaking beach views, an outdoor spa and a beautiful spacious home await the next lucky house swappers, plus a very lovely and friendly Labrador to keep you company. The area of Cremorne is full of beautiful beaches and stunning landscapes, it was great to feel like a local whilst on holiday. Hobart is nearby and many other fantastic places to see is only a drive away. Kylie and family looked after our two cats like they were their own pets. We had a wonderful holiday in Cremorne Tasmania and would highly recommend.
