We are a professional couple who are close to retirement. Our son lives in London and is soon to be married to his partner. While we have been to London on short stays we want to have the time to be based close to our son's home (Holly Hill - Wanstead) and be able to tour around the UK over our time there. Our adult sons (2) may join us for the week they are in London. We have a clean, well kept home that is comfortably appointed and so we would look for swap with similarly minded people. We run a car (Toyota Kluger Hybrid) but we do not need a vehicle swap. Nevertheless, this might be negotiable.

This is a beautifully appointed home situated about a 7 minute walk to the Hurstville train station. Hurstville is about a 35 minute train ride from central Sydney. The home has 3 spacious rooms 2x Queen beds and 1x Double Bed. The master bedroom has it's own adjoining ensuite. The central bathroom is well appointed. The central living area has a dining room, sitting room and television space.There is a well appointed Kitchen with full cooking facilities. Out the back of the home is a lovely spacious verandah overlooking a beautiful terraced garden and pool. There is a granny flat on the lower floor that is leased. The laundry area is below the main house and has full washing and drying facilities if required. The home has ducted cooling and heating throughout so it is comfortable all year round. The couple have spent time to carefully renovate this home maintaining some of the original Federation Charm with the comfort of modern luxury.

Hurstville is a major hub just outside the inner city. It has a strong Asian flavour with many good restaurants from Japanese, Malaysian, Thai, Nepalese to a variety of Chinese cuisine to choose from. The home backs onto a park, but has a lovely garden. The local train station affords access to beaches, mountains, city and all the major highlights. The local gym is a 7 minute walk and features swimming pool, gymnasium and specialist classes (yoga, plitates etc)
