Beautiful, sunny, renovated 1940s bungalow set on a quiet street 300m from the beach. Close enough to hear waves but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be a peaceful sanctuary.
Great open-plan living and indoor/outdoor flow. Cosy in the winter with a log burner fire and fantastic in the summer to relax on one of the decks.
Two large double bedrooms, one smaller room with pull out double bed, currently serves as an office. Modern bathroom with one toilet and shower, if you fancy a soak there's a hot tub in the garden.
The garden is well-loved and the vegetable garden is along the creek, which boarders the property.

Set in a beautiful valley surrounded by the Port Hills, there are plenty of great places to go walking and biking. Local markets and amenities are nearby. The city is only 20 minutes drive away, and in just over an hour's drive, you can be at the base of the Southern Alps. Perfect for skiing and exploring in the winter or year-round.
