Hi. Anthony and Julie here. We are interested in swapping both in Australia and also in parts of Europe and the South Pacific. We are newbies to the house swapping thing but keen to embark on our semi retirement journey. Pet care of our very easy going cat Taffy and large Doggo Bambi is preferred but not entirely essential as we do have boarding options. We are also willing to swap Cars. We have a medium sizes SUV

We have a 3 level home with amazing views across beautiful Lake Macquarie and also out to the ocean. Our home consists of three bedrooms, our master with a king bed on the top level with en-suite and large sitting deck, a second small bedroom with double Murphy Bed on the middle level where all the living and kitchen areas are, as well as a front deck and access to the rear yard and gardens, and the lower entrance level with garage, foyer and third bedroom with Queen Bed. We have a cat and large dog which we may consider as part of the swap to the right people. Otherwise we have options to board them.
