Convenient and quiet 1-bedroom apartment is tucked away in Camperdown.
Just a few minutes walk to the Camperdown Memorial Park and Camperdown Park.
Close to the Sydney CBD, Broadway shopping center, and the Restaurant strip at Newtown.
It is a security block apartment building well maintained.
The Space:
You walk through the leafy green courtyard and enter through the front door to find an open-plan living space flowing onto a kitchen.
The Kitchen has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Dishwasher, cooktop, oven, and all the essentials.
You then go up the stairs to the main bedroom which has a queen side bed. The bathroom is also upstairs.
There is an internal laundry with a washer and also a hanging rack.
There is a secured parking underneath the apartments. It is accessed via the rear lane.
