Lovely new house (less than a year old) with spectacular views of Lake Macquarie. 3 stories, water views from almost every room in the house. Clean and neat, we live a bit of a minimalist life so not cluttered. Rooms and living areas are spacious. 2.5 bathrooms, lots of kids toys/swings/trampoline to entertain any young friends, a Wii to battle it out, 4 decks to escape on, and air cons on every level to keep you comfy. Queen bed in the master, a king single bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms. 3 minute walk to the water front, some excellent restaurants in the area and 10 mins drive to grocery shops. A really fabulous little area of Lake Macquarie.
