Our house is located in the sought after tree street area in Bunbury. It is walking distance from the centre of town and the beach (less than 5 minutes). It has great views over the Bunbury surrounds and it backs up onto a nature reserve. So it offers both privacy, yet is very central to the main attractions (beach and town). Large 4x2, with study, large kitchen and two living rooms. Situated on 2000m2 block, including a pool. Bunbury is located in the centre of the south west of WA, less than a 2 hour drive from Perth, and only just over an hour to Dunsborough and Margaret River. It has fantastic beaches and is known for its dolphins. We're a family of 5 (kids 10-13), and love the outdoors.

The house is situated a short stroll to the beach as well as the centre of town. It's situated on a 2000mtr block, with a pool and lush garden. The house itself is a spacious 4x2 with study, 2 living rooms and large kitchen.
One side of the house offers a view over Bunbury and surrounds, and the other side of the house backs up onto a nature reserve.
