We live in Auckland, New Zealand and have our holiday home in Mount Maunganui in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. Our son is currently living in WA and our daughter is in Taranaki in NZ. Our work allows for travel flexibility.

The House

This modern downtown Mount Maunganui townhouse is our holiday home. Spread across three levels and offering three bedrooms each filled with natural light, two bathrooms, excellent indoor-outdoor flow with decks on the eastern and western side of the home, you can spend your day following the sun. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third room has a king single bed and bunk beds. There is one bathroom on the bedroom level and another bathroom in the garage ideal for coming in from swimming or a beach day.

Park the car in your exclusive garage on the ground floor which has internal access, then set off on foot to explore and quickly discover why The Mount is so popular. No need to use your car once you arrive here.

Easy walking distance to both Pilot Bay estuary as well as the beautiful Ocean Beach.
Climbing Mount Maunganui or walk the base track.
Amazing sunrises and sunsets

Convenient location for exploring further afield, Rotorua, lakes, waterfalls, walking tracks, mountain bike tracks, thermal hot pools to name a few.
