The House

The house is a duplex and is on the lower ground. It has a deck that leads off of the loungeroom with a lovely garden and sparkling pool. This is all very private and has exclusive use. There is a Kingsize bed and the 2 other bedrooms are kids rooms with king single beds. The Garage has been made into a fun and usual space with a ping pong/pool table and a second TV/lounge area for movies or video games.

The things I love about living here

We live on a lovely family friendly street that is only 450m from Beautiful North Curl Curl Beach where the dog beach is also. There is a cafe, sushi restaurant and BWS 30 seconds away and more cafes, mini mart, eateries a few mins walk up the road. We are also around the corner from the Playing fields, netball courts and basketball court.
