The house is a duplex with a 450 sqmtr block that backs onto the beautiful Werri lagoon. Werri st is one of 3 premier locations in this popular holiday village. The main lounge room has a view down the yard to the private jetty and lagoon. There is a good sized kitchen and separate dining room. The double garage has been converted into a large games/lounge room and contains a kitchenette/laundry with a drink fridge. There is plenty of parking with 2-3 on the drive and always street parking. There is a shower room on both floors. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two with balconies, all with built in’s. You can fish of the jetty. We are a couple of hours to Sydney for shows and a couple of minutes walk to the beach or you can SUP or take the tinny. Our house rents for $975 per night in peak periods.
