We are a family of four, two adults in our forties and two children aged 12 and 9 plus a cute young dog. We live in a semidetached in a lovely suburb called Hawthorn East in Victoria, on a small quiet street, a short walking distnace from a main road filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, the train station and tram to the city. We love travelling, mainly on school holidays but are willing to try a weekend swap as well if not too far. Since our dog is still young, we'd normally prefer he came with us.

Master bedroom has an ensuite, the kids bedrooms are quite large. Our son's BR has a double bed and our daughter's has an Ikea kids bed that is normally open so sleeps twoas well.
The house features a modern kitchen and living space.
There is a carport at the front and sapce for a second car.
There's a lovely back yard with a BBQ and Firepit.
The house has both gas heatting and AC.
