We are a couple in our 40's with 3 kids aged 10 (boy), 8 (boy) and 5 (girl). We have just renovated a beautiful big house in Sydney (10 mins from perfect beaches) and are looking to explore the world via house-swapping. I am a Recruiter and work from home and my wife is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who shares her time between her place of work and house.

We bought our home in April 2023 and completed extensive renovations, some of which are still on-going but 90% is now completed.
We have a beautiful 5 bed, 4 bath + 2 car garage home in a leafy suburb, only 10 mins drive to world class beaches.
We have 3 kids of our own and of course an abundance of kids toys and books to choose from.
You have the choice of dining areas as we have a front deck with 8 seater table, rear deck (large enough to play soccer, basketball etc) and a beautiful balcony with BBQ and seating for 10.

Our neighbourhood is leafy and whisper quiet and we are well set back from a quiet street. There is a large park only 2 minute walk and in 10 mins you can walk to the waters edge with views over looking the bay.
Everything you need is within a 10 min drive i.e. beaches, Westfield shopping ctr, restaurants, cafes, national park etc. Cronulla is the nearest large beachside town and is only a 10 min drive.
