SIngle level home, family friendly located 1.5 km walk to the beach. The house has a pool (solar heated if required) and is on a canal near the Broadwater of the Gold Coast.
The house has 5 bedrooms, there are bunk beds or trundle beds in the children's rooms and a king in the master suite.
House is located within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and bars as well as a tram to get along the GLInk service.
