Hello! I, Alice, am a small business owner and my husband Elijah is an engineer. We have an almost 2 year old daughter, and another sweet bebe due in October. Together we love doing anything outdoors - surfing, hiking, snorkelling, cycling, you name it! We are so incredibly lucky to live where we do, but are always excited to explore new places. We love to go coastal, and if there's national park to hike too that's absolutely bonus points! We’re itching to get to QLD, NSW or TAS for 2-3 weeks in Jan or Feb 2025. Car swap would be preferable. We are house proud and will look after your home as if it were our own.

You’ll get to enjoy our veggie patch during your stay - a beautiful green space to look onto from our big recycled wooden dining table. Our kitchen is well equipped, including a Smeg coffee machine. There’s a fire pit in the back yard for you to sit by the deck and enjoy.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. The nursery has a cot and change table. There’s another queen bed in our guest bedroom, and a set of bunks in another room with a desk. You'll notice some of my artwork hanging around the house, including the big mural lovingly painted in our daughter's room.
We have ducted heating, an aircon in the living room, and a ceiling fan in all bedrooms (though our house doesn’t get all that hot). We have a smart TV with Netflix, etc.
We live in Ocean Grove, VIC. A substantial beachside town with everything you need (supermarkets, delish cafes and restaurants), and an array of kid friendly beaches as well as famous surf breaks for the big kids! Ocean Grove is a part of Victoria’s beautiful Surf Coast, with Thirteenth beach and Bells Beach not too far of a drive away, and great smaller beach breaks 5 mins away in Ocean Grove itself. Ocean Grove main beach and the Barwon River in Barwon Heads are our local favourite spots for long boarding and splashing around in the shallows with our daughter. We’re also at the beginning of the Great Ocean Road if you want to use our house as a base for exploring.
We can leave some surfboards, 2 kayaks, skateboards, boogie boards, bikes (one bike has attached a trailer that fits 2 little kiddos), wetsuits and beach gear behind for you to enjoy!
We’re happy to give you as much local insight as you’d like so you can experience the surrounds to the fullest while you’re here, just let us know your interests! :)
