I'm single, 69 and retired. I am originally from NZ and my family live in Brisbane - 2 grandchildren. I've always lived by the beach and moved from Noosa to Birtinya 2 years ago as it was easier to get to Brisbane. I live in an apartment which is set in a nice quiet pocket south of Kawana but very handy to get to Caloundra (12 minutes), Mooloolaba (17 minutes) and Maroochydore (16 minutes). I am 2.1 k's from the beach so I get to enjoy all aspects of the Sunshine Coast. I love riding my bike along the coastal pathways and canals and beach walks. I love being on the canal. There is always something to look at no matter what the weather - kayakers, paddle boarders, small boats.

Modern apartment situated directly on the canal.Great location- handy to Kawana, Currimundi, Mooloolaba & Maroochydore and Caloundra. Lovely quiet pocket but also only 2.1k’s to Wurtulla Beach. 40 minutes to Noosa to the North and 10 minutes to Caloundra (south). Heaps of activities close by or just chill at the beach. Easy access onto canal walkways through secure gates and secure lockup basement parking with lift access to apartment. All mod cons, Netflix, BeIN Sports,all on-demand channels available. Great wifi.
