Situated in Tranmere with expansive views of the Derwent River and Mount Wellington. Watch yachts sail the river from the lounge room window while basking in the afternoon sun. Our home is a 4 bedroom house with 3 queen size beds and 1 single bed. We also have a rumpus room that houses a pool table. The yard is fully fenced.
