I am recently retired and keen to go exploring in Australia. I am an Australian but currently living in New Zealand where I own my home. My four children and their families live within a 20k radius. I enjoy a clean and tidy space so will take good care of your home. I often travel with a travel buddy for part of my holiday.

9 yrs old easy care house and well designed courtyard garden with high fences. Very secure and no lawn to mow. Open plan with heat pump, induction cooktop, mostly carpet, some tiled floors, internal garage access to hallway. Ensuite and walk-in-robe in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, and king single with trundler can be brought in to spare room (currently an extra at my daughter’s home). 5-10mins walk to all shops, cafes, bars, supermarkets, beautiful river and walking tracks.
